count of NY/NJ members who will attend the 2009 convention
Can we start to get a count of NY/NJ members who will attend the 2009 convention. (if we have already not done so) Doing so will help us get an estimate of how much funds can be generated by the registration of these members and give a rough idea of the deficit that will need sponsorships, etc.

I would say that to start with, we should target for 300 families to attend next year's convention. It all depends on how we can market and convince people to come and attend. I am hearing that this year they had 210 families, we can confirm that,.
Why dont we start a count now and then do an estimate based on that count. Let us start by listing out the people in the mgmt group who would register for the convention.
